Glucosamine for Joint Repair, Osteoarthritis, etc.:

http://www.icnr.com/GlucosamineSulfate/GlucosamineSulfate.html

Conclusion: glucosamine use is safe for individuals with diabetes according to the most recent information from the Mayo clinic, and UCSD.  Glucosamine Sulfate is the supplement to use, at (per the article on icnr.com) a dosage of (your weight)x(9.09)mg per day - split into three doses.
Examples:
For an 165 lb person this would be 500 mg, 3x/day;
For a 265 lb person, this totals to 2409mg/day, which is roughly 5x500mg capsules - perhaps take 2 capsules twice a day, then the final one for the third dose.

(has good diagram and instructions, but specifically excludes breast tissue, and I would note that generally a light brushing of breast tissue (excluding nipple area) is considered beneficial.  Also take notice that the direction of dry brushing around the lower buttocks and sides of hips is towards the groin line on the front of the body.
